"Cardinal's Comfort

"Cardinal's Comfort"  During the course of my 2-month project, offering paintings in return for donations to the St. John's Parish Church Building Fund, I learned that cardinals are special birds who provide comfort, connection and peace to people who are grieving the loss of a loved one.  I had 2 requests for cardinals and was honored to paint one for each of these special widowed women.
