I took this photo of my friend, Jill, in gorgeous Saint-Paul de Vence, in Southern France. That's her sweet husband looking on. It was actually red bougainvillea growing on the wall, but Jill likes blue better, so I painted plumbago, which grew everywhere in Southern France. That's what's fun about being a contemporary realistic painter, I can tweak the truth.
